When will my Play Kits ship?

The first Play Kit in your subscription will begin preparing for shipment immediately after you complete checkout. Your remaining Play Kits will ship on a schedule based on the birth date entered at the time you subscribe. 

Approximately 7 days before your child ages into the next Play Kit, it will begin processing for shipment. You can view the scheduled date for your upcoming Play Kits by logging into your account. If you need to change the schedule for more than one Play Kit, please contact our Customer Experience team for assistance.

If your child would benefit from additional time with each Play Kit or the shipment schedule isn't matching their development, our Disability Support Specialist can work with you to build a subscription that meets your child exactly where they're at.
