Your Play Kit will ship on a schedule based on the birth date entered at the time you subscribe. On the date indicated in your Play Kits schedule, your Play Kit will begin processing for shipment.
You can adjust the shipping date of your next Play Kit (but not the entire schedule) by following these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Play Kits section.
- Edit the shipping date of your next Play Kit.
If you need to change the schedule for more than one Play Kit, please contact our Customer Experience team for assistance.
If your child would benefit from additional time with each Play Kit or the shipment schedule isn't matching their development, our Disability Support Specialist can work with you to build a subscription that meets your child exactly where they're at.
