Your Play Kit will ship on a schedule based on the birth date entered at the time you subscribe. On the date indicated in your Play Kits schedule, your Play Kit will begin processing for shipment. You can always adjust your schedule in your account. The Play Kits for babies (0–12 months) ship every 2 months, and The Play Kits for children aged 1-year-old and up are shipped every 3 months.
If your child would benefit from additional time with each Play Kit or the shipment schedule isn't matching their development, our Disability Support Specialist can work with you to build a subscription that meets your child exactly where they're at.
