To update a shipping address on an active Play Kits Subscription:
- Log in to your account
- Click View Play Kit Subscription
- If there are multiple subscriptions on your account, select the one that needs to be updated
- Scroll down to Next Payment and click Edit next to Shipping Address. Note: this change will apply to any un-shipped prepaid orders as well.
- After you have entered your updated address, click Save
Please make this update 2–3 days prior to your next Play Kit shipment to ensure it takes effect on that shipment.
