Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it has been placed?

We cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled or that any changes can be made once it has been placed.

If you have an order cancellation or change request, contact our Customer Experience Team, and we'll do our best to help. In the event that we can't cancel or change your order, we'll send you a prepaid return label so that you can send it back for a refund.
