You can cancel your Play Kits Subscription at any time. Please do so at least 3 days before your next shipping date for the cancellation to take effect.
Please note: if you have already received a recent order and/or shipping confirmation email, canceling your subscription will not cancel your active order.
To cancel, sign in to your account and click on Account Settings. Then, under Manage Subscription, you can choose to skip the next Play Kit or cancel your subscription altogether.
If you cancel a subscription that includes Play Kits you've already prepaid for, you'll be refunded the purchase price of The Play Kits you haven't received. If you're owed a refund, you can expect to receive that refund to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
