Yes, you can purchase replacement parts!
If you're a Play Kits subscriber, sign in to your customer account to replace an item from The Play Kits. Once signed in to your account, click Subscriber Shop, then scroll down, and you'll see a link to our Replacement Parts Center.
If you aren’t a Play Kits subscriber or if you need a replacement part from a product other than a Play Kit, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team with proof of purchase from an authorized retailer, so we can help you get back to playtime.
Some examples of proof of purchase:
- Screenshot of an order confirmation email for the product showing the order number and date purchased
- Picture/PDF of a physical receipt showing the product name, location purchased, and date purchased
- Name and/or email address of the person who gifted you a Lovevery product (so we can look up the order in our system, if purchased on Lovevery.com)
- Screenshot/link to a registry from which the item was purchased, showing that the item was purchased
Please note that we cannot support replacement part requests without proof of purchase from Lovevery.com, Lovevery Pre-Loved, Amazon, Target, or any of our other authorized retailers. We appreciate your understanding.
