Yes, you can cancel at any time. Please do so at least 3 days before your next shipping date for the cancellation to take effect. To cancel, sign in to your account and click on Account Settings. Please note these settings are currently not available in the Lovevery App, and can only be accessed from Lovevery.com. Then, under Manage Reading Subscription, you can choose to skip the next Early Reader Club delivery or cancel your subscription altogether. If you are currently receiving the Reading Skill Set boxes, you will only have the option to cancel.
If you have already received a recent order and/or shipping confirmation email, canceling your subscription will not cancel your active order. Please contact us for more support.
