I canceled my Play Kits Subscription. Can I restart it?

Absolutely! Here's how:

  1. Log in to your Customer Account.
  2. Click on Account Settings.
  3. Under Manage Subscriptions, you will see the option to reactivate your canceled subscription. Click Reactivate.
  4. Select your preferred payment plan. 
    Note: If you select Prepay & Save, you’ll be charged immediately at checkout using the current payment method on file. If you select the Pay Per Kit option, you will be billed on the date displayed for your next Play Kit. Please note that reactivation will not reinstate a previously-canceled bundle purchase.

To purchase any of the Play Kits you missed while your subscription was cancelled, visit your Subscriber Shop (in your Customer Account).

If your child has aged out of our current Play Kits, the option to reactivate will not be available in your account. Make sure you're signed up for Lovevery emails to be the first to know about new product launches.
