Absolutely. Please log into your customer account and click on Account Settings.
Under Manage Subscriptions, you should see the option to reactivate your canceled subscription. After clicking Reactivate, you'll see a confirmation page where you can opt to reactivate on a Pay Per Kit basis or Prepay & Save for a bundle. You'll be charged immediately at checkout using the current payment method on file. Please note that reactivation will not reinstate a previously-canceled bundle purchase.
If your child has aged out of our current Play Kits, the option to reactivate will not be available in your account. Make sure you're signed up for Lovevery emails to be the first to know about new product launches.
Depending on how much time has passed, you might not see the Play Kit most appropriate for your child's age as the starting recommendation. Reach out if you need help.
